Obituary:  Adam Bradford Curenton

 

Adam Bradford Curenton went home to be with his Lord and Savior on Wednesday, April 27, 2016 at Children’s Hospital in Birmingham, AL.  He was 17. 

Funeral services will be at 2:00 pm on Monday, May 2, 2016 at Hillcrest Baptist Church with Reverend Roger Becks and Reverend Michael Mynatt officiating.  Burial will follow in the Meadowlawn Cemetery with Sorrells Funeral Home & Crematory of Enterprise directing.  The family will receive friends at the church on Monday beginning at noon and continuing until service time.  

Flowers will be accepted or memorial contributions can be made to Hillcrest Baptist Church building fund.  500 Alberta Street, Enterprise, AL  36330

Adam was born August 5, 1998 in Dothan, Alabama to Timothy Keith and Cynthia Kay Peacock Curenton.  He is preceded in death by his paternal grandparents, Webe and Vera Curenton, maternal great grandparents, Claude J. and Inez Peacock, great grandmother, Lena P. Folmar.  Adam was a fun loving teenager, full of life that loved his family, friends, hunting, fishing, and most of all riding dirt roads.  He had a giving spirit and would help anybody in need. 

Survivors include his parents:  Tim and Cynthia Curenton, one brother Aaron Curenton (Nicole); one sister, Ashley Davis (Brock), maternal grandparents, Don and Laura Peacock; all of Enterprise; a niece, Andi Davis, nephew Sawyer Curenton, as well as numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.
