Addison Alexus Allen, age 5, passed away Wednesday June 3, 2015 at a local hospital.

Funeral services will be held at 2 pm on Sunday, June 7, 2015 in Sunset Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will follow in Memory Hill Cemetery with Sunset Funeral Home directing. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Saturday evening from 5-7 pm. Flowers are being accepted or memorial contributions may be made to Children's Hospital of Alabama, 1600 7th Avenue South, Birmingham, AL 35233.

Addison leaves to cherish her memories, her mother, Tara LeAnne Creamer, her father Joshua Todd Allen, and her step mother, Kendal Allen; her twin brother, Emerson Todd Allen and her brother, Christian Lee Traylor; her sisters, Marlee Claire Allen and Zoey Grace Allen; her grandparents, Darwin and Cynthia Allen and Walt and Monnette Creamer; and several aunts, uncles, and cousins.
