Aenoy Miranda, age 36, went home with the lord on April 29th 2016.


Funeral services will be held at 11:00 am May 7th at New Home Baptist Church with Pastor Cliff Quincey officiating. 


Aenoy was born in Vientiane Laos, to Brian and Siemphone Sisopha on February 11th, 1980.  She and her family came to the United States when she was 2 years old. Aenoy grew up in Modesto CA. She attended Modesto High School where she met her husband Michael. In 2001 Aenoy and Mike joined the U.S. Army together, where she served as a combat medic. She furthered her military career and joined the U.S. Air Force in 2004. Aenoy, continued her education utilized her GI Bill, and obtained her Bachelors Degree in Human Development at Cal State Hayward followed by her teaching credential in Special Education for Moderate/Severe disabilities. Her last position was Special Education Teacher for Pitman High School, Turlock, CA. Aenoy and Michael were married on May 25th, 2002, and have two sons, Jacob age 10 and Dominic age 8. Although known for her many accomplishments, Aenoy will remain best known for her loving devotion to her family and numerous friends, commitment to those in need, unwavering determination through thick and thin, and her effervescent smile. Aenoy and her family made professions of faith to honor god with their lives. They were baptized together at New Home Baptist Church in Enterprise, AL in 2014.


Aenoy is survived by her husband Michael, sons Dominic and Jacob, brother Andy, Sister Laura, father Brian, mother Siemphone, as well as countless friends.


In lieu of flowers or food, it is the wishes of Aenoy for you to donate to the following organizations under her name:


Donations may be given to Metavivor (http://www.metavivor.org/) which focuses it’s funding specifically on stage 4 metastatic cancer research.

The Provisions Project (http://provisionproject.org/), “Boobie Buddies” which provide support group forums and financial relief to women in active treatment of breast cancer, and to whom Aenoy and her family are forever grateful.
