Andrew "Andy" Keith Baker age 42, a resident of Jack, Alabama passed away Friday, January 22, 2021 at Troy Regional Medical Center in Troy, Alabama, due to injuries sustained in an automobile accident. Funeral services will be held at Mt. Zion Baptist Church on Sunday, January 24, 2021 beginning at 2:00 PM with Rev. Ashley Faulk officiating. Burial will follow in the Mt. Zion Baptist Cemetery under the direction of Hayes Funeral Home. Visitation will be at Mt. Zion Baptist Church on Sunday, January 24, 2021 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM.

He is survived by his Mother - Mary Johnson Mullen, and Son - Henry Baker of Jack, Alabama, along with a Brother - Chris Baker of Prattville, Alabama, and several Aunts, Uncles and extended family.

Andy was preceded in death by a Daughter - Bailey Maree Chapman, Sister - Angel Hayner, and by his Father - Gary Baker.
