MIDLAND CITY. . .Anne Corbin Pitts, a resident of Midland City, died Thursday,  November 9, 2017, at her home. She was 58.

            Private memorial services will be held at the family residence, 4735 County Road 14, Midland City, with Pastor James E. Ward, Jr. officiating. Holman Headland Mortuary is in charge of arrangements.

             Anne Pitts was born in Port St. Joe, Florida, daughter of the late Pastor Bennie James Corbin and Margaret Watson Corbin. She attended the Midway Assembly of God Church, near Midland City. Anne was preceded in death by a brother, Bennie Michael Corbin.

            Surviving relatives include two daughters, Amy Pitts (Devon Williams), Dothan; and April Bass (Kevin), Smyrna, TN; two sisters, Barbara Davis (Kenneth), Midland City; and Carol Zekas (Mark), Southport, FL; two grandchildren, Tristen Bass and Amia Williams.
