Annie Foye McCall of Samson passed away on Monday, October 21, 2019, surrounded by her loving family.  She was 90.  A graveside service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Wednesday, October 23, 2019, at Fairview Cemetery with Rev. Betty Thorn officiating and Pittman Funeral Home of Samson directing.  In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the American Cancer Society, P.O. Box 22718, Oklahoma City, OK, 73123.  


Mrs. McCall was born in Pike County, Alabama on November 19, 1928, to the late John W. Henderson and Willie Ola Miller Henderson.  She was a renown baker, having made many wedding cakes over the years.  She was also a very good seamstress.  She took very good care of her family. She was preceded in death by husbands, Jody. Linton and Wilbur McCall; and siblings, Thomas Henderson, Dixie Henderson, Hayward Henderson, Johnnie Mae Driggers, Mattie Pearl Bell, and Frances Sanders.


She is survived by two sons, Billy Ray Linton (Ann), and Ronnie Linton (Becky); six grandchildren, Lori Gilmore (Hank), all of Samson, Jody Linton (Jana) of Enterprise, Chris Linton of Houston, TX, Heather Linton (James) of Boston, MA, Alan Linton of Samson, and Brad Linton of Freeport, FL; ten great-grandchildren; brother-in-law, James B. Linton (Louise); two sisters-in-law, Fannie Pearl Linton, and Jeanette Linton; very special friend, Louise McCollough; and some very special nieces and nephews.  The family would like to offer a special thank you to Kindred Hospice.
