HEADLAND…Annie Jean Lipscomb Fenn, a resident of Headland, died late Friday morning, June 11, 2021, in a Dothan hospital. She was 75.
Graveside services will be held at 11:00 A.M. Tuesday, June 15, 2021, in the Judson Baptist Church Cemetery, located in the Screamer Community of Henry County, with Reverend David Anderson officiating. Holman-Abbeville Mortuary & Cremations is in charge of arrangements. The family will receive friends from 5:00 until 7:00 P.M. Monday at the mortuary in Abbeville
Annie Jean Fenn was born and reared in the Screamer Community of Henry County and moved to Headland in 2010. She was formerly employed by WestPoint Stevens in Abbeville. Annie Jean was preceded in death by her father, Jesse Edward Lipscomb, her mother, Betty Williams Hardwick, her first husband, Billy Braddy, her brother, Charles Lipscomb, three sisters, Patsy Lipscomb, Sue Lipscomb Williams and Barbara Swain, and her nephew, Cole Lipscomb.
Surviving relatives include her daughter, Lisa Braddy Bettencourt-Loera, California; her son, Billy Braddy (Donna), Headland; two brothers, Edward Lipscomb and Jesse L. Lipscomb, both of Abbeville; seven grandchildren, Justin Braddy (Abby), Dannon Braddy (Ashley), Matt Mann (Courtney), Karessa Mast (Jason), Russell Bettencourt, Amelia Hitchcock (Patrick) and Savannah Danford; several great-grandchildren.
