Mrs. Annie Pearl Gulledge, of Enterprise, passed away on Tuesday, October 3, 2017 at Southeast Alabama Medical Center.  She was 88.

 

Funeral services will be at 2:00 p.m. Saturday, October 7, 2017 in the chapel of Sorrells Funeral Home & Crematory in Enterprise with Rev. Lane Harris officiating.   Burial will follow in Meadowlawn Cemetery with Sorrells Funeral Home & Crematory directing.  The family will receive friends at the funeral home Saturday beginning at 1:00 and continuing until service time.

 

Pearl was born November 26, 1928, in Dale County, Alabama, to the late Alto and Mary Shepherd Helms.  She was a very sweet lady, a great wife, and a wonderful mother.  She was a faithful member of Westview Baptist Church.

 

Survivors include her husband of nearly 52 years, Billy Ray Gulledge of Enterprise; son, Johnny Edward Mathews and wife, Kim, of Biloxi, MS; grandson, Jonathan Mathews and wife, Michelle; granddaughter, Michelle Mathews; two great-grandchildren: Nicholas and Emily Mathews.
