ABBEVILLE. . .Ashley Lamar Cisco, a resident of Abbeville, died early Friday morning, June 21, 2024, at his home. He was 61.

            There are no memorial or funeral services planned at this time. Holman-Abbeville Mortuary & Cremations is in charge of arrangements.

            Lamar Cisco was born in Folkston, Georgia and was raised in Beachcreek, West Virginia. He lived in Ocala, Florida before moving to Hardridge Creek on Lake Eufaula in 2009. Lamar was retired from Rinker Ready Mix Concrete Co. in Ocala as a truck driver.

            Surviving relatives include his wife, Melinda Partin Cisco; four daughters, Annie Walls (Curtis Jones), Abbeville; Christina Cummings (Kenny), Naples, FL; Tabatha Merritt (Adam), Headland; and Julia White (Alfy), Abbeville; two sons, Sergeant First Class Ashley Lamar Cisco, III (Lisa), Keystone Heights, Florida; and Robert Cisco, Gainesville, FL; a sister, Faye Waters (Glenn), Butte, Montana; two brothers, Ricky Cisco and Lester Cisco, both of Jacksonville, FL; twelve grandchildren; one great-grandchild and two great-grandchildren on the way; his mother-in-law, Hazel Partin, Abbeville; a brother-in-law, Dewey Partin (Casey), Hazelhurst, GA
