Belinda Lee Dempsey

Belinda Lee Dempsey, age 53, most recently known as Belinda Gilley Dempsey, was born in Chatahoochee Florida on January 12th, 1964. She lived in Dothan, Alabama. Her father was Arthur Lee Gilley, and she is survived by her mother, Geraldine Griffin; her children, Colby Craig Delaney, Benjamin Lee Delaney, and Hannah Brooklynn Tant; her grandchildren, Holden Lee Delaney, Coy Benjamin Delaney, Lillian Ella Delaney, and one to be determined; her siblings, Jan Smitherman, Jeri McClenny, and Todd Gilley.

She graduated from Northview High School in Dothan, Alabama. Throughout her life she also lived in Sneads, Florida, Douglasville, Georgia, and Fairhope, Alabama. 

"Bebe" loved to write, sing, dance, and make her loved ones laugh. 

She will be so missed, as she was so loved. 

Memorial services will be held on Sunday, September 18, 2017 at 2PM at Ward Wilson Funeral Home.
