Bernice Luzette Beavers, 65, of Slocomb passed away Friday, October 11, 2013 at a local hospital.

Funeral services will be 2 pm Monday, October 14, 2013 at Sunset Funeral Home with Eddie Barrentine officiating. Burial will follow in Crestlawn Cemetery with Robert Byrd directing. The family will receive friends from 12-2 pm prior to the service at the funeral home.

Ms. Beavers was preceded in death by her parents Charlie and Grattis Wilkinson and her siblings, Charlie Mac, Vaston, and Johnny Wilkinson.

Survivors include her sons, Vaston Franklin "Buster" Williams and his wife Cassie of Malvern, Michael Dewayne Beavers and his wife Victoria of Rehobeth and Shelley Mark Beavers; grandchildren, Austen, Jeremy, David, Daniel, Bryanna, and Hannah Williams, and Britnea Ann Beavers; brothers, Charles Wilkinson and his wife Eldora of Ewell, and Jerry Wilkinson and his wife Betty of Blue Springs; a special family member Vinny Carr of Rehobeth.
