Mrs. Bertha Mae Jones, age 87, of Ariton, passed away Monday, May 1, 2018, at her residence.

She is survived by her children:  Sally (Jr.) Carnley of Clio, Barbara (Tommy) Kidd of Troy, Cathy (Darrell) McKenzie of Dothan, Polly Williams of Ariton, Susan Jones of Ariton, Bo Jones of Banks, Larry Jones of Ozark, Bobo Jones of Clio, Harry (Alma) Jones of Dothan and Pete (Joyce) Jones of Clio; and her daughter-in-law, Ruth Jones; numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.  She was preceded in death by her husband, Grady Jones, her son, Ed Jones, and her daughter, Peggy Bodie. 

Funeral services will be held at 11:00 A.M. Friday, May 4, 2018, at Keahey Funeral Home of Clio with Rev. Randy Adams officiating.  Interment will follow at Pea River Presbyterian Church Cemetery in Clio.  Serving as pallbearers:  Terry Jones, William Payne, Ben Williams, Austin Jones, Adam English, and Marcus Alls.  The family will receive friends one hour prior, from 10:00 A.M. until 11:00 A.M., Friday, May 4, 2018, at Keahey Funeral Home of Clio.
