Betty Jones Massey, a lifelong resident of Dothan, died Saturday, May 5, 2012 at Southeast Alabama Medical Center. She was 77.

 

Funeral services will be held at 2 P. M. Tuesday, May 8, 2012 at the Rehobeth Baptist Church with Reverend Travis Free officiating. Burial will follow in Gardens of Memory with Ward Wilson Funeral Home Directing.

The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Monday, May 7, 2012 from 6 until 8 P. M. Flowers will be accepted.

 

Mrs. Massey was preceded in death by her parents, Luis and Meta Jones, her husband, Elliott Stewart Massey and a brother, George Beauchamp Jones.

 

Survivors include her daughter; Judith Massey McKnight of Maryland; son Mark Massey of Dothan; Grandchildren; Kristen McKnight and Joshua McKnight, both of Maryland; Jessica Cullen and husband Chris of West Virginia and Courtney Jensen and husband Chris of Pensacola, Florida.
