Beverly Ann Jones Richards, 64, of 1285 Campbellton Hwy died May 10, 2017 at home with her loved ones by her side.

 

Visitation for family and friends will be held at Ward Wilson Funeral Home on Friday, May 12 from 5 PM to 7 PM. Funeral services will be held on Saturday, May 13 at Ridgecrest Baptist Church at 10 AM with Reverend Ray Jones officiating. Burial will be in Memory Hill Cemetery with Ward Wilson directing.

 

Beverly was born April 6, 1953 in Dothan, Alabama and was a graduate of Rehobeth High School. She dedicated her life to family and was a devoted helpmate to her husband of 36 years she showered her children and grandchildren with love, support, and teaching of God’s Word. She was an active member of Ridgecrest Baptist Church.

 

Survivors include her loving husband of 36 years, Jerry Richards of Dothan; two daughters and a son in law, Rebekah Scott (Matt) of Dothan, and Jessica Sanders of Taylor; sister, Carolyn Brazzelle (Bobby) of Wicksburg; brother, Thomas Jones (Charlotte) of Dothan; grandchildren, Kaiden Scott, Hunter Scott, and an angel in heaven and several nieces and nephews. Beverly Richards will be dearly missed by her love ones who celebrated the fact that she is at peace with her creator. Proverbs 31:28-29, “ Her children arise and call her blessed, her husband also, and he praises her, many women do noble things but you surpass them all.”
