Beverly McLeod, 67, a resident of Dothan passed away Friday, August 19, 2016 at a local hospital.

Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Monday, August 22, 2016 at Rocky Creek United Methodist Church with Brother John Baxter and Jimmy Womack officiating. Burial will follow in the church cemetery. The family will receive friends from 1-2:00 p.m. prior to the service at the church.

Mrs. McLeod was born January 16, 1949 in Houston County and was a resident of Ashford most of her life. She was employed with Vaughn-Blumberg for over 16 years. She enjoyed making homemade soaps and jellies and was operating Beverly's Southern Specialties for the past 5 years until her recent illness. She was of the Methodist Faith and attended Denton Road United Methodist Church.

Survivors include her husband, David McLeod; her daughter, Cindi Jo Drinkwater; her grandchildren, Autumn Drinkwater and Riley Spence; her brother, Gene Womack.
