Billy Ray Braswell, age 71, of Dothan passed away Monday, February 15, 2016 at his residence.

 

Born February 8, 1945 in Henry County to the late Lymon Braswell and Mary Lucy Bryan Braswell, he was a member of the Taylor Baptist Church, he enjoyed fishing and was an Alabama fan.

 

Survivors include son, Johnny Braswell and his wife Kendra; sisters, Janie Hall (Jr.), Gail Godby (Steve); grandchildren, Andrew Braswell and Mel Graham, all of Dothan; brother-in-law, Bob Watkins; sister-in-law, Annette Shiver, and several nieces and nephews.  

 

A visitation will be held from 6 to 8 PM Thursday, February 18, 2016 at Ward Wilson Funeral Home.
