 BLYTHE ALEXANDER “BOOBOO” POSTON

ABBEVILLE… Blythe Alexander “BooBoo” Poston, a resident of the Screamer Community near Abbeville, Alabama passed away Wednesday morning, September 18, 2024, at a Dothan hospital. He was 30.

 The family will be at his Aunt Barbara and Uncle Wayne Morrison’s house during this time, 406 County Road 115, Abbeville, Alabama 36310.

Funeral services will be held 2:00 P.M. Monday, September 23, 2024 at Judson Baptist Church with Joe Vickers officiating. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service. Wright Funeral Home & Crematory is in charge of the arrangements.

In lieu of flowers contributions may be made to Wright Funeral Home & Crematory for his funeral expenses, 15579 US Hwy 431 South, Headland, Alabama 36345.

Blythe was born in Dothan, Alabama to Danny Poston and Cindy Watford. He attended Abbeville High School. He was employed with the family business at Just Ash Forestry Abbeville. He enjoyed being with his family and especially spending time with his nieces and nephews.

He is preceded in death by his paternal-grandparents, George Daniel Poston Sr, and Joannn Hickook; his cousins, Justin Watford and Blake Spivey.

Surviving relatives include his mother, Cindy Watford; his father, Danny Poston; his sister, Jade Elizabeth Money (Shaun McGee); his brothers, Blaine Poston, Blaze Poston (Cayla); his nephews, Carter & Conner Money, Jaxon Poston; his niece, Jordan Poston his maternal grandparents, Jerry and Betty Watford; his aunts and uncles, Barbara and Wayne Morrison, Bob  and Melisa Watford, Jan and Gerald Osteen, Tracey Jenkins; special aunt, Niki Watford; his special brother-in-law, Justin Money; his special step father, Jessie “Pop” Lipscomb; and his many aunts, uncles & cousins.
