MIDLAND CITY…. Mr. Bo Sanders, a resident of Midland City, died Saturday afternoon, August 18, 2018 at his home. He was 60.


            Memorial services will be held at 11:00 A.M. Tuesday, August 21, 2018 in the Earl Bankston Memorial Chapel with Reverend Al Loper officiating. The family will receive friends from 10:00 until 11:00 A.M. Tuesday at the funeral home. Fuqua-Bankston Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements. At other times, the family will be at the home of his uncle, Ed Sanders, 926 S. Union Avenue, Ozark.


            Mr. Sanders, son of the late Ozene Sanders and Lucille Braswell Sanders, was a native of Ozark and moved to Corinth Community, near Midland City thirty-five years ago. He was retired due to disability from Purdue Farms in Dothan as a maintenance technician. Mr. Sanders enjoyed Alabama Football, fishing, hunting and being with family and friends.


            Surviving relatives include his wife, Debbie Snell Sanders, Midland City; two sons, Samuel Sanders (Stephanie), Ozark; SGT, U.S. Army, Daniel Sanders (Jacqueline), Ft. Benning, GA; his granddaughter, Daisy Sanders; his sister, Ramona Garner; five brothers, Jackie Sanders, Roger Sanders (Lynn), Rex Sanders, Reggie Sanders, and Timmy Sanders, all of Ozark; several aunts, uncles, including his uncle, Ed Sanders (Glenda), Ozark;  nieces, nephews, and cousins also survive.
