Bobbie Elaine Pittman, age 78, of New Brockton, AL, passed away, Wednesday, January 8, 2020 at her home.

Funeral services will be held at 2:00 P.M on Friday, January 10th  at Searcy Funeral Home and Crematory Chapel with Rev. Mike Medley officiating.  Burial will follow in Bethany Cemetery.  The family will receive friends at 1:00 P.M. on Friday.  In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to Alzheimers’ Association , Attn. Alabama Chapter, 2151 Highland Ave. South, Suite 210, Birmingham, AL 35205 or Bethany Baptist Cemetery Fund, 1805 County Road 533, New Brockton, AL 36351.

Bobbie was preceded in death by her parents, James and Jewel (Totsie) Smith, a son, John Pittman, sister, Cathy Ann Smith and brother, Jimmy Ray Smith. 

Survivors include her husband of 56 years, Leon Pittman, Enterprise, AL; daughter, Suzy Luchner (Tom) Enterprise, AL; son, Jamie Pittman (Rika) Hoover, AL; three grandchildren, Victoria Luchner, Ft. Walton, FL; Zachary Pittman; Emma Pittman, both of Hoover, AL; brother, Wayne Smith (Diane) Jack, AL; numerous nieces and nephews.
