“A special thanks and praises to all my nurses and staff on the 6th floor at Flowers Hospital that cared for me while in the hospital. Also, a special thanks to Hospice especially my personal RN, Kayla. I love her to the moon and back. She kept my eyes, mind and spirit focused on my health care better than any other nurse,” as written by Bobby.
