Bohui Fan, a resident of Dothan, passed away on Monday, April 22, 2019. He was 85.

Funeral services will be held at 9 am on Friday, April 26, 2019 in Sunset Funeral Home Chapel with Chuyan Fan officiating. Burial will follow in Sunset Memorial Park. The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 5pm -7pm on Thursday.

Mr. Fann was born on February 28, 1934 in Guang Dong province China. After graduating from Harbin Institute of Technology, he was employed as a mechanical engineer in the manufacturing industry for over 30 years. He immigrated to the United States in 1989 with his loving wife Yuqin Liu. Mr. Fan loved to travel and enjoyed cooking. He had self-studied on how to use a computer when he was 75. He was able to connect with many childhood friends back in China through social networks.

Survivors include his loving wife, Yuqin Liu; his daughter Chuqion Zhang, son-in-law Hong Zhang, son Chuyan Fan, daughter-in-law Ling Xia; four grandchildren, Lena Zhang, Andrew Zhang, Amy Xia, Jason Fan; four sisters and one brother.
