DOTHAN. . .Bonnie Carter Ingram, a resident of Dothan, died Thursday afternoon, June 9, 2016, at her home. She was 74.         


            Graveside services will be held at 2:00 P.M. Sunday, June 12, 2016, in the Enon Church of Christ Cemetery, between Webb and Ashford, with Patricia Jones officiating.   Holman-Headland Mortuary & Cremations is in charge of arrangements. The family will receive friends from 12:30 until 2:00 P.M. Sunday in the Enon Church of Christ


            Flowers will be accepted or memorial contributions may be made to the Cowarts Baptist Church, P.O. Box 10, Cowarts, AL 36321


            Mrs. Ingram was born and reared in DeFuniak Springs, Florida. She lived in the Panama City area before moving to Dothan. Mrs. Ingram was a member of the Cowarts Baptist Church and was active in V.O.C.A.L. in Dothan where she served as an advocate for the families. She was formerly employed as an EMT Hyperbaric Chamber Operator at the Panama City paper mill. She was preceded in death by her husband, James W. Ingram, a son, Charles Robert Burkett, a grandson, Kevin Rhodes, three sisters, Dorothy Mitchell, Carolyn Thornton and Ruby Bush.


            Surviving relatives include a daughter, Cynthia P. Ingram;  a son, Lavonne Ingram (Nicole), all of Dothan; two sisters, Shirley Creeley (Paul), Chesapeake, VA and Barbara Janosick, Hohenwald, TN; a brother, Curtis Horton (Jean), Panama City, FL and a brother-in-law, Gerald Thornton, Hohenwald, TN; three grandchildren, Summer Ingram, Chelsea Ingram, and Jacob Ingram.
