Brenda Gale Dykes Williams of Headland (formerly of Louisville), passed away in a Dothan hospital on January 13, 2024. She was surrounded by her loving family. The family will receive friends on Tuesday, January 16, 2024, at Keahey Funeral Home of Clio from 11 a.m. until 12:30 p.m. We will then depart for the graveside service which will be held at 1 p.m. at Mt. Zion Baptist Church in Louisville with Keahey Funeral Home directing. Rev. Mike Whitman will officiate & Kristy Clark Stell will provide the special music & Carly Martin will be bringing a special word.
 
She is preceded in death by her parents, C.W. & Mittie Jo Dykes, bother Michael Dykes & Father & Mother-in-law Jack & Martha Williams.
 
She is survived by her loving husband, Danny Williams, sons; Steven Baxley (Caryn), B.J. Williams, daughter Danielle McDaniel (Devin), brother Marty Dykes (Becky), brother & sister-in-law, Robert Williams (Pam) sister & brother-in-law, Judy W. Clark (Johnny); grandchildren, Ciera Baxley, Breana Baxley, Kelsey McDaniel, Kolton McDaniel & Blayne Williams. She also leaves behind several nieces and nephews whom she impacted greatly.
 
In this time of sorrow, we remember Gale & the love she gave. We remember her smile & constant joy. She was an anchor of strength for those around her, always offering an encouraging word & a prayer of hope. She will be greatly missed & her memory will forever be cherished by those how know and love her.
