Brenda Leigh Spann Peach, of Headland, passed away Wednesday, December 13, 2023 at Southeast Health. She was 67.

Graveside services will be held 10:30 a.m. Saturday, December 16, 2023 at Gardens of Memory Cemetery with Glover Funeral Home directing. In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to the Headland Fire and Rescue Squad, 456 E. Main Street, Headland, Alabama, 36345.

Brenda was born December 5, 1956 in Dothan to Ted and Carolyn Granberry Spann. She grew up in Henry County and was a 1974 graduate of Headland High School. She and her husband owned and operated Advance Mechanics in Dothan for over 20 years. Brenda was a member of New Zion Free Will Baptist Church in Tumbleton.

Brenda is predeceased by her parents, her husband, Willie Peach and a sister Sandra Whitehead.

She is survived by two sisters, Pamela Spann Williams (Larry) and Mary Ann Spann, all of Dothan; two nieces, Traci Truitt of Dothan and Stacie Williams of Geneva; two nephews, Patrick Whitehead and Nicholas Williams, both of Dothan; several great nieces and great nephews.  

The family would like to thank her special caregiver, Mary Williams and Southern Care Hospice for the compassionate care given to their loved one.
