Buford L. Roberts, age 66, of Enterprise, AL, passed away, Wednesday, March 18, 2015 in Noland Hospital, Dothan, AL.

Funeral services will be held at 2:00 P.M., Saturday, March 21, 2015 at Searcy Funeral Home and Crematory Chapel with Rev. Roy Turner and Rev. Tyrone Leonard officiating.  Burial will follow in Holy Ground Cemetery, Ozark, Alabama with Searcy Funeral Home directing.  The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Saturday from 12:30 P.M. until service time. 

He worked in law enforcement in several neighboring cities and towns in various capacities.  He worked in law enforcement for 39 years and retired from Enterprise Police Department in 2013 where he served as an investigator.  

Mr. Roberts was preceded in death by his parents, Roscoe and Hazel Hagler Roberts and a son, Anthony L. Roberts.

Survivors include his wife, Doris P. Roberts, Enterprise, AL; daughters, Amelia Hutchison (Tommy) Elba, AL; Trinity Roberts (James) Enterprise, AL; sons, Tommy A. Roberts, Enterprise, AL; Dustin K. Roberts (Sherry) Ozark, AL; Brett R. Roberts, Enterprise, AL; sixteen grandchildren; his beloved aunts, uncle, cousins and family friends.
