Obituary: Carol Ann Quick

 

Carol Ann Quick, born on October 12,1955, in Hartford, Alabama passed away in Dothan, Alabama on September 20, 2024. She was 68 years old.  

She will be memorialized by cremation, and honors others through Organ Donation. 

Carol was loved and cherished by many, and her absence will leave a void in our hearts. She enjoyed the Crimson Tide, Antique stores, spending time gardening, cooking, and telling everyone of her beloved son, Ashley. She enjoyed spending time with her special friend, Betsy.  

Carol is preceded in death by her parents, Larrie Moore "Buddy" Quick and Clara Evelyn Waters Quick; her sister Rita Faye Quick and a number of aunts and uncles. 

She is survived by her cherished son, Ashley Paulk (Leah Beasley). Her sisters, Brenda Toole (John), Tami Young- Adams (Craig), and Angel Holley (Johnny). Her brothers, Larry Quick (Tracy), and Mark Quick (Cindy). Families of her nieces and nephews include: Brandy and Adam Rixey and their children, Barret and Maison; Brittany Carol and Ricky Callaway; Brandon Quick and his children, Landon and Alexa. Madison Quick and her daughter, Addison; David and Jeff Collinsworth; Kelli and Emily Young-Hanner with Eliza Jane and Ezra. Jo Holley, and Payton and Kevin Smith with Ivy, Slade and Rowan.
