Carole Renee Hardy, a resident of Dothan, passed away on Thursday, August 23, 2018. She was 61.

Funeral services will be held at 4 pm on Monday, August 27, 2018 in Sunset Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will follow in Sunset Memorial Park.

Ms. Hardy was born on June 6, 1957 in Dothan and lived here most of her life. She was a graduate of Rehobeth High School and lived a short time in Columbus, GA before moving back to Dothan. In her spare time, she enjoyed baking for family and friends. She was a member of First United Methodist Church in Dothan. Ms. Hardy was preceded in death by her father, Charles Arthur Hardy; her brother, Charles Craig Hardy and her sister, Terry Hardy Brewer.

Survivors include her daughter, Allison Love; grandchildren, Hunter Breckenridge and Anna Love; mother, Willa Jean Hardy; brother, Leslie Scott Hardy; sister, Sherrie Lynn (Ronnie) Cole; numerous nieces and nephews.
