Chalmas Wendell Smith, 68, of Slocomb passed away Thursday, August 21, 2014 at Campbellton-Graceville Hospital.

Mr. Smith requested that his body be donated to medicine so that he could help others. He was preceded in death by his parents Gordon and Pearl Miller Smith; his brothers Ted Smith and Reginald Smith.

Survivors include his sons, Jonathan Smith and Shawn Smith of Texas; a brother Lawrence Smith of Slocomb; an aunt Dorothy Davis of Slocomb; several nieces and nephews.
