He was preceded in death by his wife, Genia C. Wray, his parents, Charles J. and Betty M. Wray.

Survivors include his daughter, Michelle Wray, Enterprise, AL; son, Jonathan Wray, Enterprise, AL; sisters, Jan and Les Edwards; Jeanne and Robert Lindenmier; brother, Robert Wray; 6 grandchildren.
