Edna Charlotte Drown, 69, a resident of Dothan passed away Sunday, July 19, 2015 at a local hospital.

Funeral services will be 1:00 p.m. Wednesday, July 22, 2015 at Heritage Baptist Church with Rev. Van Clack officiating. Burial will follow in Gardens of Memory cemetery. The family will receive friends from 5-7:00 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made to Kit for Kids, 1951 Westgate Parkway, Dothan, AL, 36303.

Mrs. Drown was born September 2, 1945 in Houston County and resided here most of her life. She married Richard on April 16, 1966 and traveled with him for 24 years during his military career moving back to Dothan in 1984. She was a homemaker and a very active member of Heritage Baptist Church.

Survivors include her husband Richard Drown; her sons, Richard Drown, Jr., Craig (Heather) Drown, and Brent (fiancé Kimberly Hannan) Drown; grandchildren, Abigail Drown and Katelyn Drown; a sister-in-law, Brenda Sullivan; brothers-in-law, Wendell (Jackie) Drown and Steve (Dayna) Drown; nieces, Michelle and Monica.
