Christian Alexander Markoff, 17, of Ozark, passed away Sunday, February 2, 2014 at Dale Medical Center.

Funeral services will be 2pm Saturday, February 8, 2014 at the Southside Baptist Church with the Rev. Danny Bynum officiating. The family will receive friends from 5-7 pm Friday at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made to the Christian Alexander Markoff Memorial Fund, The Commercial Bank of Ozark and Wells Fargo Bank in Ozark, AL.

Christian was born May 11, 1996 in Dale County and lived in Ozark his entire life. He was a senior at Carroll High School where he was in the Art Club. He was an aspiring artist, a rapper, a comedian and everybody's clown and sunshine of their lives. His sister adored him. He was the best big brother and son anyone could ask for. Christian attended First United Methodist Church in Ozark.

Survivors include his parents, Chris and Margarita Markoff; sisters, Carmen, Bridgette, and Sommer Markoff; his grandmother Myrtice Lane; several aunts, uncles, and cousins also survive.
