OZARK. . .Clarence Eugene Scroggins, a resident of Ozark, died Tuesday, December 19, 2017. He was 52.

            No funeral or memorial services are planned at this time. Holman-Headland Mortuary & Cremations is in charge of arrangements.

            Surviving relatives include a daughter, Ashley Scroggins Whitt, Ozark; au aunt, Martha McDaniel, Dothan; and a niece, Chelsea Scroggins, Tallahassee, FL.
