A celebration of Claude’s life will be held at 2:00 pm on Tuesday, April 19, 2022 at Church of Christ International in Dothan, AL with Pastor Billy Gant officiating. The family will receive friends at the church on Tuesday from 1:00 pm-2:00 pm.

Claude Elmer Bell, a resident of Midland City, passed away on Friday, April 15, 2022 at a local hospital. He was 76 years old.
A celebration of Claude’s life will be held at 2:00 pm on Tuesday, April 19, 2022 at Church of Christ International in Dothan, AL with Pastor Billy Gant officiating. The family will receive friends at the church on Tuesday from 1:00 pm-2:00 pm.
Claude was born in New Hope Community, AL. He started a lifelong passion of playing the bass guitar at the age of 14 and played for over 50 years. He traveled all over the United States, and his many band mates became friends but were considered family.
He is preceded in death by his father, R.D. Bell and his mother, Lila Bell.
Claude is survived by his brother, Wendell (Ramona) Bell; his daughter, Dana Bell (Keith) Boswell; his son, Joseph Shane (Kara) Bell; very special person to Claude and family, Karen Windham Bell; five grandchildren, NiCole Boswell (Josh) Reeves, Hunter (Marlee) Boswell, Owen Bell, Landon Bell and Logan Bell; two great grandchildren, Annistyn Reeves and Annleigh Boswell; and several nieces and nephews.
