Clinton "Clint" Murphy Williams, of Dothan, passed away on Monday, May 19, 2014. He was 80.

A memorial service will be held at 4pm on Friday, June 13, 2014 in Sunset Funeral Home Chapel. The family will receive friends following the service in the reception center.

Clint was born on October 3, 1933 in Memphis, TN. After graduating high school he attended Memphis State University where he earned a degree in mathematics. He then took a job with Civil Service. Shortly after, he was drafted into the U. S. Army where he served for 2 years. Upon being discharged, he returned to work with Civil Service. After serving at several posts, he then retired at Ft. Rucker after 35 years of service.

Clint was preceded in death by his parents. Survivors include his beloved wife, Mallie Virginia; his daughter, Robyn (Andy) Crochet; his two granddaughters, Katy and Abby; his step-son, Bobby Bowden; his four step-daughters, Sylvia (Robert) Young, Pam (John) Goldston, Cindy (Mark) Eccles, and Laura Massey; his twelve step-grandchildren and twelve step great-grandchildren; his sister, Shirley (Joe) Ramsey; his two brothers, Larry (Sherry) Williams and Eddie Williams.
