COL (Ret) Herbert Blanks of Daleville, AL passed away, Monday, March 04, 2013 at his home.  He was 70.

          There are no services scheduled at this time.

          Survivors include his daughter, Julie A. Blanks; two brothers Don Blanks (Norie); George Blanks (Lois); numerous nieces and nephews; sister-in-law, Jean Mahaffey (Paul).
