Obituary: CSM (Ret) Gary Lee Wright

CSM (Ret) Gary Lee Wright of Enterprise went home to be with his Lord and Savior Friday evening, February 26, 2016 at the Medical Center Enterprise. He was 71.

Memorial services with Military honors will be 3:00pm on Monday, February 29, 2016 at the Sorrells Funeral Home Chapel in Enterprise with his son-in-law, Allen Hagler providing the eulogy. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Monday beginning at 2:00pm and continuing until service time. At all other times the family will receive friends at the home of his daughter and son-in-law Kimberly “Niki” and Allen Hagler, 3391 Salem Rd, Enterprise, AL.

He was born December 19, 1944 in Ohio to the late James K. and Margaret Smock Wright. Following high school, he entered the U. S. Army of which he retired after 30 years of service to his country. He had served during the Vietnam War. He was also a member of the New Brockton Masonic Lodge.

Survivors include his wife, Melitta Schuetze Wright, Enterprise, AL, daughter and son-in-law: Kimberly “Niki” and Allen Hagler, Enterprise, AL, granddaughter: Cierra Hagler, Enterprise, AL.
