CW3 (RET) Dan Hirsch, age 59 of Enterprise, AL, passed away Wednesday, May 18, 2016 in Enterprise.

Funeral services will be held at 4:00 P.M., Monday, May 23, 2016 at Searcy Funeral Home and Crematory Enterprise Chapel with a Protestant Chaplain officiating. The family will receive friends beginning at 3:00 P.M.  In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to American Heart Association, 3338-L Country Club Road, PMB 305, Valdosta, GA 31605.

Survivors include his fiancé, Jackie Soffe, Enterprise; her two daughters, Alexa Mellman (Aaron) Atlanta, GA; Emilie Soffe, Brooklyn, NY; two grandchildren, Liam and Gabriel Mellman, Atlanta, GA; his mother, Marthe Hirsch, Daleville, AL; sister, Tanya Amirault (Brian) Wasilla, AK; brothers, Johnny Hirsch, Daleville, AL; Michael Hirsch (Kimberly) Ozark, AL; Patrick Hirsch (Kristina) Atlanta, GA; Scotty Hirsch (Patricia) Panama City, FL: numerous nieces and nephews; his special dog, Scruffy.
