NEWTON…. Danny Ray Senn, a resident of Newton, died early Wednesday morning, April 11, 2018 in Dale Medical Center. He was 46.
Funeral services will be held at 2:00 P.M. Friday, April 13, 2018 in the Earl Bankston Memorial Chapel with his brother, Reverend Jason Senn officiating. Burial will follow in Universalist Cemetery in Ariton. Fuqua-Bankston Funeral Home of Ozark is in charge of arrangements. The family will receive friends from 1:00 until 2:00 P.M. Friday at the funeral home. At other times, the family will be at the home of his father-in-law, Lamar Newman, 11309 East Highway 27, Echo.
Mr. Senn, son of the late Barney Senn, Jr. and Anita Thompson Senn, was a native of Ariton and moved to Newton in 2010. He attended Ariton High School and was formerly employed by Flat Creek Transportation in Kinston as a truck driver. Mr. Senn was preceded in death by two brothers, Johnny Senn and Donald Senn.
Surviving relatives include his wife, Kim Newman, Newton; two daughters, Bridget Newman and Brianna Grubb; a son, Trevor Senn; six sisters, Peggy Stafford, Ariton; Bonnie Johnson (Glenn), Ozark; Brenda Hughes Segars, Enterprise; Tina Parrish Bundy (Jimmy R.), Ariton, Kathy Youngblood, Dothan, Kimberly Carter (Jeff), Jasper, Al; a brother, Reverend Jason Senn ( Melissa), Newbern, NC; two sisters-in-law, Becky Senn, Daleville and Stephanie Senn, Dothan; father-in-law and mother-in-law, Lamar and Nina Newman, Echo; sister-in-law, Margaret Palmore, Dothan; and brother-in-law, Herschel Newman (Heather), Clopton; several nieces, nephews, cousins, and other relatives also survive.
