MIDLAND CITY. . .Debra Enfinger Cook, a resident of Midland City, died Saturday morning, December 16, 2023, at her home. She was 68.
Funeral services will be held at 10:00 A.M. Tuesday, December 19, 2023, in the Holman-Headland Mortuary Chapel with Pastor Larry Anderson officiating. Burial will follow in the Midland City Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 9:00 until 10:00 A.M. Tuesday at the mortuary in Headland.
Debra Cook was born in Dale County and was raised in Orlando, Florida, daughter of the late Dessie D. Enfinger and Mary Katherine Mathis Enfinger. She lived in Midland City most of her adult lifetime. Debra attended Harvest Church in Dothan. She was preceded in death by a son, T.J. Wallace, a sister, Betty Jean Ransbottom and a great-granddaughter, Ashlyne Hobbs.
Surviving relatives include her husband, Charles Davis, Midland City; two daughters, Ava Tice (Greg Bentis), Cowarts; and Erica Watford (Matt Snell), Ozark; a brother, Berlin Enfinger, Midland City; and four other siblings; eight grandchildren, Joshua Tice, Daylon Tice, Tristian Hobbs, Dakota Hobbs, Savannah Hobbs, Bailey Hobbs, Alanna Wallace and Kayley Brooke Wallace; several great-grandchildren.
