HEADLAND. . .Debra Ann Robison “Debbie” Gordon, a resident of Headland, died early Wednesday morning, May 4, 2016, at her home. She was 61.
Memorial Services will be held at 11:00 A.M. Saturday, May 7, 2016, in the Holman-Abbeville Mortuary Chapel with Reverend Teddy Ward officiating. The family will receive friends from 10:00 until 11:00 A.M. Saturday at the mortuary.
Flowers will be accepted or memorial contributions may be made to the Calvary Baptist Church, 310 Dothan Road, Abbeville, AL 36310.
Debra Gordon was born and reared in Abbeville and lived in Norfolk, Virginia before moving to Headland ten years ago. She was a member of the Calvary Baptist Church in Abbeville. Debra was formerly employed by the Shell Station in Abbeville and in earlier years, co-owned and operated with her former husband, Cider Tire Co. in Norfolk. She was preceded in death by her sister, Libby Robison Hughes.
Surviving relatives include her husband, Charles “Chuck” Gordon, a daughter, Stacy Bradley Johnson, a son, Steven Bradley (Brandy Duncan), all of Headland; her parents, Harold and Ann Robison, Abbeville; a brother, Harold Robison, Jr. (Sherry), Abbeville; four grandchildren, Alexis Bradley, Wesley Johnson, Angela Johnson and Jessica Bradley; three great-grandchildren; nieces, Tamra Hughes Bolt, Kayla Hughes Noggle, and Jenna Robison; a nephew, Zack Robison.
