ABBEVILLE. . .Debra Smith Sapp, a resident of Abbeville, died Thursday morning, June 25, 2015, at her home. She was 50.


            Graveside services will be held at 4:30 P.M. (Georgia Time) Saturday, June 27, 2015, in the New Park Cemetery, Ft. Gaines, Georgia, with Reverend Chris Dobbs officiating. The family will receive friends from 2:00 until 3:00 P.M. (Alabama Time) Saturday at the mortuary in Abbeville. Holman-Abbeville Mortuary & Cremations is in charge of arrangements.


            Mrs. Sapp was a native of Virginia and lived in Ozark before moving to Abbeville in 2000. She was preceded in death by her father, Robert Smith, and her step-father, David Senn.


            Surviving relatives include her husband, Harrison James Sapp, four daughters, Brandi Sanders (Scott), Abbeville; Dorothy Sapp, Troy; Jennifer Sapp and Shirley Sapp both of Abbeville; a son, James Sapp, Abbeville; her mother, Joann Smith Senn, Ariton; a sister, Barbara Senn, Ozark; three brothers, Bobby Smith (Sandra), Dothan; Charlie Smith (Debbie), Ozark; and Marvin Smith (Kim), Ozark; four grandchildren, Daniel Beaty, Mary Catherine Beaty, John David Bates, and Nicholas Bigford.
