NAPIER FIELD. . .Delores Popwell Hall, a resident of Napier Field, died early Thursday morning, October 3, 2024, in a Dothan hospital. She was 91.
Graveside services will be held at 1:30 P.M. Saturday, October 5, 2024, in Memory Hill Cemetery, Dothan, with eulogies to be given by family and friends. Holman-Headland Mortuary & Cremations is in charge of arrangements. The family will receive friends from 12:00 Noon until 1:00 P.M. Saturday at the mortuary in Headland.
Mrs. Hall was a native of Stanton, Alabama, daughter of the late William Howard Popwell and Minnie Bruce Popwell. She lived in the Dothan area most of her adult lifetime. In later years, Mrs. Hall was employed in child care and children’s nurseries. Mrs. Hall was preceded in death by her husbands, Odell Moss and Coy D. Hall, a daughter, Imogene Moss Doeberl, and a sister, Jeanette Henson.
Surviving relatives include a sister, Juanita Thomas, Valparaiso, FL; grandchildren, Cliff Hardy, Jr. (Rachel), Napier Field; and Sarah Cook (Brian), Norfolk, Virginia; great-grandchildren, Jase Weaver, Brayden Weaver, Cody Carroll and Courtney Camper, and a special friend, Martin Larroy.
