DEWEY PARKER

DOTHAN, AL… Dewey Parker, a resident of Dothan, Alabama, passed away Saturday, October 2, 2021, in a Dothan hospital. He was 41.

            A visitation will be held 5:00 until 7:00 P.M. Thursday, October 7, 2021 at Wright Funeral Home & Crematory Chapel. Wright Funeral Home & Crematory is in charge of the arrangements.

            Mr. Parker was born in Dothan, Alabama to the late Duane Wesley Parker and Judith Ann Stephens Parker. He lived in Headland and the Dothan areas his entire life. He attended Headland High School. He was a member of the Gateway Baptist Church. He had previously been a long haul truck driver, but most recently was employed by NEX 3PL as a freight dispatcher.

            Leaving to cherish his memories are his fiancé, Tammy Richter of Dothan; his daughters, Jasmine Parker of Graham, MO, Ella Parker of Keller, TX, Madelyn Cotton of Slocomb, AL; his son, Dylan Parker of Keller, TX; his brother, William Parker (Katie) of Headland, AL; his half-brothers, Wesley Parker (Beth) of Maryville, MO and Wendell Parker of Maitland, MO; and his nephew, Will Parker.
