Dianah Patricia “Tricia” Oates of Enterprise, AL passed away Tuesday, November 28, 2023 at Medical Center Enterprise.  She was 77.

Funeral services will be held at 11:00 AM, Wednesday, December 6, 2023 at First Methodist Church in Enterprise with Rev. Billy Luttrell and Rev. Matt Jordan officiating.  The family will receive friends at the church from 10:00 AM until service time.  Burial will follow at 1:15 PM, Thursday, December 7, 2023 at Alabama National Cemetery in Montevallo, Alabama.

Mrs. Oates was preceded in death by her husband, Foster Oates.

Survivors include their daughter, Melinda Cannon (Carl), Dunlap IL; sons, Brian Oates (Renee), Enterprise, AL, Shane Oates (Constance), Enterprise, AL; granddaughters, Summer Wright (Melton) and Danielle Cannon; grandsons, Braxton Salinas, Brock Kelley, Brayden Bones; great-granddaughters, Melanie Wright, Ava Wright, Nevaeh Wright, Laila Randle; great-grandson, Logan Cannon; her parents Clifford and Elaine Hunt; sisters, Jacqueline Ransford (Benjamin), Lora Hunt, Angelyn Smith (Alfred), Regina Thompson (George); brothers, Clifford G. Hunt (Linda), Jeffery Hunt (Mary), Antwone Hunt; and other extended family.
