Donald Devern Reynolds, 85, a resident of Dothan passed away unexpectedly on Saturday, June 1, 2024, at his residence.

Private services will be held at a later date.

Donald was born August 13, 1938, in Kingston, Arkansas to the late Melvin & Laura Gladys (Cornett) Reynolds. He was raised in Modesto, California, where he attended school and later married Mary Jane Reynolds on February 4, 1967. They raised their family in Modesto, as well as various locations in the states before recently moving to Dothan a year ago to be closer to family. Donald owned and operated a successful Paint and Body Shop for most of his life, his talent and attention to detail allowed him to paint vehicles for Elvis Presley.

He is preceded in death by his wife of 57 years, Mary Jane Reynolds; his parents; and his siblings.

Survivors include his three children, Cherie Farnsworth (Stuart) of Helena, Montana, Christina Wilhelm (Bob) of Dothan, and Dwayne Reynolds (Marita) of Dothan; sixteen grandchildren, Chelsea, Landon, Mitchell, AJ, Jennifer, Ashley, Kristen, Jakeb, Kaitlyn, Tanner, Jordan,  Cody, Aeriana and Victoria; twenty-six great-grandchildren; a sister, Yvonne Collins of Stagecoach, NV; and several nieces and nephews.
