Mr. Donald Edward Mustin, 70, a resident of Dothan, passed away Sunday, November 17, 2024, at Southeast Health Medical Center.
Funeral services will be held at 2:00 PM on Thursday, November 21, 2024, in the Glover Funeral Home Chapel with Pastor Bobby Marks officiating. Burial will follow at Memory Hill Cemetery with Glover Funeral Home directing.
The family will receive friends from 1:00 PM until 1:45 PM prior to services. Flowers will be accepted.
Mr. Donald was born on February 6, 1954, to Mr. Thomas Edwin and Mrs. Beverly Pruett Mustin in Montgomery. He spent his early years growing up in Montgomery and graduated from Robert E. Lee High School in 1972. After serving in the Navy, he was self-employed as a plumber for fifteen years and later retired as a member of Local 52 of the United Association of Plumbers and Steamfitters. Mr. Donald loved hunting, fishing, and sharing the outdoors with his family. He was a member at Cornerstone Church of Dothan.
Mr. Donald is preceded in death by his father, Thomas Edwin Mustin.
Survivors include his mother, Beverly Pruett Mustin of Montgomery; two sons, Jason Mustin (Beth) and Garrett Mustin (Emrist), both of Dothan; one daughter, Jessica Walters of Dothan; two brothers, Robert Mustin (Sharon) of Daphne, and David Mustin of Montgomery; one sister, Anita Favre (Mark) of Prattville; six grandchildren, Thomas Mustin, Anne Mustin, Luis Sanchez, Garrison Smith, Madelyn Smith, and Indie Mustin; one great-grandchild, Luna Sanchez; and mother of his children, Deborah Kay Mustin of Dothan, AL.
Serving as pallbearers will be Luis Sanchez, Garrison Smith, Thomas Mustin, Tyler Favre, Larry Povlacs, and Kyle Aronhalt.
