Donald Taylor, 62, a resident of Dothan passed away Thursday, April 16, 2015 at his residence.

Funeral services will be 10:00 a.m. Sunday, April 19, 2015 at the Sunset Funeral Home Chapel with Pastor Larry Flowers officiating. Burial will follow in Sunset Memorial Park with Robert Byrd directing.

Donald Taylor was born September 29, 1952 in Dothan, Alabama to the late Claude and Connie Taylor. He received his education in the Houston County School System. He was preceded in death by his parents, his sisters, Willie Ann McKay and Lillie Mae Taylor, and his brothers, Claude Taylor Jr., John Taylor, and Augusta Taylor.

Donald leaves to cherish his precious memories a loving and devoted wife, Shirley Taylor of Dothan, AL; a wonderful daughter Lakeebie Taylor of Dothan, AL; two sisters-in-law, Wanda Durr of Abbeville, AL and Arletha (Robert) Copeland of Daleville, AL; a sister, Tunisia Ardis of Dothan, AL; a brother, Bob Taylor of Dothan, AL; a host of other relatives and friends.
