Dorothy Yelverton, age 80 of Level Plains, AL passed away, Wednesday, April 25, 2018 in Mizell Memorial Hospital.

Funeral services will be held at 11:00 A.M. Friday, April 27, 2018 at County Line Baptist Church with Dr. Danny Wiggins officiating.  Burial will follow in the church cemetery.  The family will receive friends beginning at 9:30 A.M. and continuing until service time.  In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to County Line Baptist Church Building Fund, 1000 Hwy. 92, Enterprise, AL 36330.

Dorothy was preceded in death by her husband, James H. Yelverton.

Survivors include her two sons and daughters-in-law, Steve Yelverton (Sherrie) Andalusia, AL; Scott Yelverton (Lisa) Enterprise, AL; four grandchildren; three sisters, Dixie Oetinger (Eddie) Mulberry, FL; June Danberry (Kenny) Dothan, AL; Jan Barrett (Paul) Lakeland, FL; one brother, Ned McIntosh (Colleen) Chancellor, AL.
