 Dorothy Smith Rabion

Dorothy Smith Rabion, age 89, of Daleville, AL passed away Aug. 22, 2015 at her residence after a long illness.

She was born in Pensacola, Florida on Nov. 15, 1926 but was raised in Cowarts, AL. She was the daughter of the late Abner and Ida Smith. Her husband, Joe Rabion, and a daughter, Cathy Rabion, preceded her in death.

She leaves to cherish her memory a brother, Carl Earl Smith of Jakin, GA and one sister, Mary Jewel Ready of Dothan. Several nieces, nephews and grandchildren also survive.

A memorial service will be held at a later date. Byrd Funeral Home on West Main Street is in charge of arrangements.
