Eddie “Don” Jackson passed away January 2, 2023, at the age of 75.                   

A memorial service with military honors will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Friday, January 6, 2023, at Vanderbilt Holiness Church, 2287 County Road 114 Jack, Alabama, with Pastor Tommy Hartzog officiating. 

Don was born January 24, 1947, to the late Lewis B. and Foye Wyatt Jackson.  In addition to his parents he is preceded in death by his stepmother, Helen Jackson. 

Don is survived by his special friend and caregiver, Alice Ivey; daughter, Elizabeth Crawley (Ryan) of Brantley; sister, Shirley Burnett (Wayne) of Pascagoula, Mississippi; grandchildren, Tanner, Faith, and Emma Crawley; and numerous family and friends.
